The Bay Bandits are offering 10K and 5K routes which will explore Glen Canyon Park, one of the last open creeks and undeveloped natural areas in San Francisco, as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. The walk has many steep hills and stairs so it is not suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
The event is free unless you are a member stamping program books. The walks are self-paced – you will be given a set of directions and a map and can walk by yourself or join others who are walking. For more information email: SFBayBandits@aol.com.
