Seasonal Cooking Demo and Book Signing: Phyllis Grant, Elizabeth Crane, Lisa Harper, and Caroline Grant
Saturday, March 23, 2013 – 11:00am – 11:45am

Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo and book signing featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

The Cassoulet Saved Our Marriage brings together deeply personal stories by parents, chefs, journalists, and food writers about what family food means to them. Caroline Grant and Lisa Harper have collected a diverse range of essays—and great recipes—about timely issues, like fostering family traditions, navigating school lunches, and managing the weekly groceries. The collection brings an intimate, meaningful dimension to the ongoing conversation about how American families eat.
