“Forest Bathing” at Mount Tam (2023)

Forest bathing, a literal translation of the Japanese word shinrin-yoku, is the practice of absorbing the calming, wellness-inducing atmosphere of natural places. While many people come to Mount Tamalpais to do something outdoors, join us instead to explore the experience of just being in nature.
