Looking for fun on Halloween… with your dog? Join the gang at Pier 23 Cafe for the first Howloween Doggie Costume Party.

If you love your dog, join for some guaranteed hilarity, good times, and Instagram-worthy photo ops. Drink specials will be available to keep your fun flowing.

The flashiest, most glittery, time-consuming and ridiculous dog costumes will be awarded with great prizes for you and your four-legged friends to enjoy. It’s going to be serious fun fur reals.

Please note: All dogs must be kept on leash and attended by a human 21+ older. (Younger family members are welcome too). Dogs must be friendly and social. It should be a fun and safe event for all.
