Looking for a bit of human contact to start the new year? HugTrain is an annual mission that travels by train throughout the U.S. around the holidays to organize free hug events to raise spirits and awareness for mental health issues.
On New Year’s Eve on December 31, 2018, the 10th Annual HugTrain will be making a non-train pit stop, around the flagpole at the southeast side vista point in San Francisco at the Golden Gate Bridge at 11:30 pm to ring in the new year with hugs all around.
We’re told there may even be a view of the fireworks taking place over the city from the city’s other bridge.
