Karen is a classically trained chef, certified nutritionist, culinary instructor, and author of Happy Foods: Over 100 Mood-Boosting Recipes.
Thanks to her time at Bauman, Karen got hooked on fermenting and became fascinated with traditional fermentation crocks.
