Event Details

Local historian, author & tour guide Lorri Ungaretti presents her new visual history of San Francisco’s Sunset District, part of the Then & Now series from Arcadia Publishing. The book pairs vintage and modern-day photographs from archives and private collections to show how the area has changed through the years.

Ms. Ungaretti will also give a preview of her next project, Stories in the Sand, which will be published by late spring. She describes this next book as “a real history of the Sunset – something no one has ever done before.” Copies will be available for purchase and autographing.
