Join Valorie from Village Yoga for a playful, heart-centered kids mindfulness yoga session, designed to help little ones feel calm, connected, and full of joy. Then, let your child’s creativity shine at two enchanting craft stations with Holly from Soularium Academy, where we’ll explore positive self-care, emotional regulation, and relaxation through imaginative hands-on fun.
