SF Transit Week 2019 | Sept. 7-13
Come out to Transit Week, a celebration of public transportation put on by the San Francisco Transit Riders. It kicks off Monday, Sept. 9th and features lots of transit-oriented programming and activities through Friday, Sept. 13th.
They’re having Transit to School Day on Tuesday, September 10 around lunchtime at Lowell High School, in conjunction with various city agencies. Come table with them.
With more people, you can table or do other actions at more locations – City College, SF State, Balboa BART, and more. Make paper “sardine” hats to show crowding on the bus. Have a real opportunity to get a 29 Rapid only if you show a lot of support for it.
The more people to help, the more we can do – but we can’t plan it without knowing you’ll be there.
