Every Tuesday, BOTA Tapas & Bar is launching “Tapas Tuesday“, serving delicious tapas from the famous Patatas Bravas, savory Ox Tails, and the best kept secret that is not so secret, Secreto Iberico, made from a highly prized, fatty cut from the shoulder of Spanish Ibérico pigs, known as “butcher’s secret” for being hidden between the shoulder blade and loin. It features intense, lacy intramuscular marbling and a rich, nutty flavor due to an acorn-rich diet. It is best grilled hot and fast, similar to Wagyu beef. Other tapas include Grilled Octopus, Spanish Meatballs, and Lamb Chops. If Paella is more of your thing, we have plenty of those, including our management’s favorite Squid Ink Paella or the Fiduea Surf & Turf, made with Fideo noodles, beef, prawns, mussels, fish, chicken, and sausages. Yumm! A short walk from BART, Union Square, and the heart of Downtown San Francisco, 5 minutes from the Macy’s Union Square.
