The Big Game | Berkeley v. Stanford

The Big Game is the annual football game between arch-nemesis universities of Berkeley and Stanford.

More than just a football game, the event sparks a whole week of festivities and spectacular rallies on both campuses including bonfires, performances by marching bands and spirit squads, and hilarious ceremonials like the Stanford tree chopping rally.

No matter your allegiance, hardcore fans and alumni have lots to look forward to every year.

Get into the football spirit at a boisterous pep rally where you’ll witness the Leland Stanford Junior University Marching Band take on the Cal Band in a Battle of the Bands at Pier 39 in San Francisco at noon on Sunday, November 16, 2014. 

The Big Game between the Cal and Stanford football teams is on Saturday, November 22, 2014.
