mägo x The Rare Barrel Beer Pairing (SF Beer Week)

The Rare Barrel & Mägo are teaming up to bring you a pairing dinner to delight your senses. Mago crafts delicious foods in the Colombian spirit and The Rare Barrel brews world class sour beers. Together, we have a match made in heaven. Join us for this special beer dinner on Tuesday, February 15, from 5-9pm.

Tickets CAN be purchased during the event but we encourage you to get them here ahead of time to ensure you get your hands on these pairings. There are 3 food options, 2 of which will be paired with the specialty sour brewed with our friends at Mago just for this event.

Option 1:

Colombian Street Dog: Aged beef hot dog, charred pineapple, curtido, muenster and potato crunch + a pour of the Mago X The Rare Barrel collab sour beer

Option 2:

Corn Arepas (2): Pork chicharron, hot honey ricotta and braised kale with pumpkin seeds + a pour of the Mago X The Rare Barrel collab sour beer

Option 3:

Á la Carte: Coctel Del Dia: Market Fish (no beer): Grapefruit, habanero, tosazu, and plantain chips. Beer is not included but can be purchased separately.
