Relax with a healing sound bath from 1-2 PM presented by Erica Nguyễn & The Healing WELL SF, embrace soothing qi gong from 2-3 PM with Sally from August Moon Tai Chi, and join a gentle yoga practice from 3-4 PM. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one– otherwise, we will have some just in case.
