CHSA and Cameron House present a family-oriented street festival uplifting the Chinatown community, culture, and creativity with a special celebration honoring the 51st anniversary of the legacy of Bruce Lee.
We are excited to spotlight comic book artist Mark Bode, who created a very special Bruce Lee-inspired edition of the comic book Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He will be performing a Bruce Lee-inspired art demonstration in commemoration of Bruce Lee and his influence on his artwork.
Also on hand will be the Mahjong Project, with informational and educational guides on traditional Chinese game mahjong. There will be tables and mahjong sets available for people to participate and play with community friends and neighbors!
Additional games and giveaways will be available for children and parents of all ages.
Note that the CHSA museum will also be free admission throughout the entire day, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We look forward to another celebration of joy and community on Joice Street, between Clay Street and Sacramento!
