Following their series of book talks and dumpling demonstrations, they now step behind the pages of our book, 90-Year-Old Noodle Handbook Batch 1.0, to celebrate Mon Sing Noodle Co.’s 94th Anniversary with a special First Look at Jook-Sing Mein—a time-honored noodle-making tradition passed down through generations and practiced today by only a handful of noodle-makers.
