Culinary Council Chef Ming Tsai will lead a delicious cooking demo in honor of the upcoming Lunar New Year and Year of the Horse.

Free, but RSVP is required.

Ming Tsai is a James Beard Award-Winning Chef/Owner of two restaurants — Blue Ginger and Blue Dragon — in Boston. He’s also an Emmy Award winner with his PBS TV hit Simply Ming, now in it’s tenth season.

The event takes place at Macy’s Union Square, Cellar Demo Kitchen.
