Continuing with his commitment to “making yoga accessible to each and every individual regardless of sexual orientation, race, physical shape, and /or financial status,” Iyengar Yoga teacher Tony Eason invites you to practice Yoga on Xmas Day.

This is happening at the James Howell Studio, a place known for having a great set-up, clean floors, and the perfect atmosphere for paying attention to the alignment of your body, becoming aware of your breath, and controlling your mind—through Hatha Yoga.

YOUR TEACHER: Born in San Francisco, Tony Eason has been a student of Yoga for fifteen years As a road cyclist, Tony came to yoga for the benefits of stretching. He is a graduate of the Two-year Advanced Teacher Training Program of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco.
