CANCELED: “Nightlife on Mars” Comedy Night | SF

Nightlife on Mars is a weekly comedy show at Murphy’s Pub, produced by local comics Joe Nguyen, Red Scott, and Natasha Muse.

Natasha Muse | CANCELED: “Nightlife on Mars” Comedy Night | SF

Guests for 5/29 include:

Natasha Muse – Natasha Muse is a comedian, a skeptic, a mom, and at least the second-funniest transsexual you know. Her cerebral writing, whimsical wordplay, and unique perspective on life have earned her the adoration of audiences and the respect of her peers.

Loren Kraut – Loren co-wrote two one-woman shows, and stage-managed many Off- and Off-off Broadway plays. She wrote, directed and produced her play Time, You Thief at The Gill Theatre in SF. She performed excerpts from her own solo show, Further Out Than You Thought, at The Marsh in SF in 2011 & 2013.

Les Milton – Les Milton has appeared in SF Sketchfest with White Noise Radio Theater. Now on his own, he performs his audio enhanced solo sketches and writes tragi-comic sci-fi novels for the whole family.

Joey Devine – Joey Devine is from the San Francisco Bay Area. He is the the head writer for Yahoo.com’s Broken News Daily, and you may recognize him from a McDonald’s commercial that airs on IFC during Portlandia reruns sometimes.

Luke Callaghan – Luke is a native of California who shunned his obscure, backward homeland to come to the bright lights of Auckland to make it big in showbiz. He uses comedy as a tool to debunk the well-known stereotype that Americans are quiet and reserved people who avoid the spotlight.

Jason Mack – Jason Mack’s fresh, witty writing and charmingly awkward personality have made him a rising star in Northern California’s comedy scene. His adjustment from service as a United States Naval Aircrewman into life as a struggling college student, in the “slightly less conservative” city of San Francisco, further shaped his dry, biting, and dark but silly comic voice.
