Nightlife on Mars is a weekly comedy show at Murphy’s Pub, produced by local comics Joe Nguyen, Red Scott, and Natasha Muse.
The three members of Nightlife on Mars are the triptych that represents the spiritual base of the San Francisco comedy scene. Between them, they’ve performed with comic talents ranging from Robin Williams to Wyatt Cenac, and have been featured by the SF Weekly, The Daily Mail, and KALW.

Tim Logan – Tim Logan has been having the time of his life, making people laugh for almost a decade and gaining a reputation as an uncompromising maker of mischief. Tasmania’s 2005 JJJ Raw Comedy National Finalist, Tim Logan represented the state in front of 1500 people at the Melbourne Town Hall and has since recovered almost completely from that experience. Known for his wry point of view, spontaneity and fearless audience interaction, Tim Logan performed to thousands as part of the 2005 and 2006 Falls Festivals, and went on to appear in the 2006 and 2007 Hobart Comedy Festivals. Since then he has performed in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Byron Bay and produces Hobart’s premium monthly showcase, The Clubhouse and Danger Academy, Hobart’s improvisational comedy show. Among his many corporate appearances, since 2010 Tim has hosted the annual Mystate Financial Student Film Festival, held at Hobart’s historic Theatre Royal. Tim Logan is currently writing Noirhouse, an online noir comedy series. He recently performed at San Francisco’s Punchline comedy club and has been invited, from a field of over 1000 performers, to compete in the 38th annual San Francisco Comedy Competition.
Morgan – Morgan is an unapologetic, transgendered transplant originally from New Jersey. Morgan’s story and act have made her a famous at clubs, private events and everything in between.
Michael Capozzola – Michael is a San Francisco-based comedian and cartoonist. He’s contributed to Mad Magazine, The New York Times and National Lampoon. Each year, Michael produces and hosts the Cartoon Art Museum’s annual “Comics for Comix” comedy fundraiser which he conceived as well. Born and raised in New Rochelle, NY Michael subsisted on comic books and chocolate until he took up comedy and caffeine. He created his own comedy studies major while at Ithaca College.
Imran G – Imran G began his career in 2009 in Denver, Colorado before quickly moving on to pursue comedy in Seattle. Within a year, he performed at all of the major clubs in Seattle and placed in the 2009 Giggles Comedy Competition before moving to California. Imran now performs all around the Bay Area, gracing the stage at such renowned clubs as the Purple Onion, the San Jose Improv, San Francisco Punchline, and Cobb’s Comedy, among others. In 2011, Imran was honored to work with rising international star Sugar Sammy in San Jose. Imran G hits the stage with intensity and clever quips that keep his audience enthralled and roaring with laughter. The Seattle native has performed from coast to coast and honed an act to entertain audiences of all sizes, shapes, colors, and tastes. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he carved out a name for himself in just months and went on to win the 2011 Walk the Plank Comedy Competition.
