ABOUT GABRIEL SCHAMA:

“I think of most of my cut paper work as ‘drawings’ of ghosts. Partially in the literal sense of representing spectres and spirits, and also in a less direct sense, as my subjects are typically torn from vintage magazines, which are filled with pictures of celebrities and laymen, long since forgotten or dead.”
