Near-Death Experience Story Night | SF
The International Association for Near-Death Studies-SF presents a free monthly lecture by different speakers, each of whom has had a near-death experience.
The purpose of the meetings is to inform the public about these experiences and to provide a comfortable, informal gathering place for people who’ve had them or who are interested in them and their implications for the study of human consciousness.
Although the meeting location is the Golden Gate Spiritualist Church, a historical mansion which now functions as a spiritualist church, IANDS-SF has no religious or political affiliations and rejects any form of dogma about the nature of near-death experiences.
“You Only Live Once.” Just don’t tell that to San Francisco’s own medium and psychic Terry Yoder. Terry survived not one, but two, near-death experiences (NDEs). As a result, his life was transformed.
Now Terry “sees dead people.” What happens when at the age of 14, you survive a brush with death? And come back psychic? Terry’s young life was complicated not just by the NDE itself, but also by the development of the gifts of intuition. Terry’s abilities as a medium and psychic became so pronounced that he now uses them for the benefit of those of us who seek to connect with our deceased loves ones. He also offers psychic counseling to help countless people to navigate through life’s confusion and uncertainties. Later in his life, “lightening struck twice in one place” and Terry endured a second near-death experience at the age of 41.
Hear his fascinating story of how he was comforted and healed by a spiritual being as he lay trapped in the wreckage of a car.
