Trois Bois performs the vast catalogue of music for winds from the 18th century to the present day by many celebrated composers, and specializes in the rich oboe, clarinet, and bassoon repertoire of the 20th century.
Their mission is to share a love of music with others through concerts in venues both standard and new. Trois Bois officially began in 2009, although the artists had previously collaborated in many concerts over the past decade. The members hold faculty positions at U.C. Davis and University of the Pacific, as well as principal chairs in the Santa Rosa, Stockton, and Modesto Symphonies.
