Tillamook and The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen are teaming up to give away free grilled cheese at The American’s South Park Location during an after-hours celebration and cookbook signing.

FREE for first 300 people
From 5:30-8:30pm on April 12th, grilled cheese enthusiasts are invited to join the party for free Tillamook grilled cheese, happy hour priced beers and the opportunity to purchase “Grilled Cheese Kitchen,” a cookbook by The American owners Chef Heidi Gibson and Nate Pollak, who will be personally signing copies at the event.
Get there early – there will be free Tillamook Grilled Cheese for the first 300 people. Beer, wine, tomato soup, and other yummy grilled cheeses available for purchase.
