Old Navy Free Yoga Festival | Marina Green

Men’s Health and Women’s Health, the popular health and lifestyle magazines are partnering with Old Navy for a four-city, outdoor yoga event series. (They’re doing it because Old Navy now sells workout clothes.)

Offering expert instruction and a full-schedule of classes – including “Mommy and Me” yoga – the one-day event will be held in San Francisco at the Little Marina Green and is open to the public at no cost.

Free, but registration required

Schedule of Get Active Yoga Festival @ Marina Green:

• 12:30pm – 1pm: Registration
• 1pm – 2pm: Power Yoga Basics with Leila Burrows
• 1pm – 2pm: “Mommy and Me” Baby and Kid Friendly Power Yoga with Becca Schneider
• 2pm – 2:15pm: AcroYoga Demonstration
• 2:15pm – 3:15pm: Power Yoga with Leila Burrows
• 3:15pm – 3:30pm: AcroYoga Demonstration
• 3:30pm – 4:30pm: Power Pilates with Kamryn Shada
• 4:30pm – 5:00pmAcroYoga Demonstration
