Event Details

The Niles Essanay Silent Film Museum is hosting a “Tramp Camp” for those of you with aspirations of becoming one of the world’s greatest silent film stars: Charlie Chaplin.

Learn how to impersonate Charlie by watching film clips, learning how to dress and use body language and pantomime with Chaplin lookalike Al Proietti.

Then, you can use what you learned and come to the museum’s own Charlie Chaplin Lookalike Contest on Sunday, June 5th.

Cost: The museum asks for a $5 donation to attend Tramp Camp, but that also nets you a tickets to any upcoming Saturday night show. Get your tickets here.
