“Blues Brothers” Costume Contest & Movie Night | San Jose

Take advantage of San Jose’s warm, summer nights and enjoy a free movie under the star-studded sky at “Starlight Cinemas” outdoor movie classics series which occurs 11 times this summer (Wednesdays at 7 p.m. through Aug. 31), including fun family games and entertainment before the screening itself.

Jake and Elwood Blues hold a fund-raiser in an attempt to save the old home where they were raised by nuns. But they seem to make more enemies than friends during their “mission from god.” The hilarity ensues in this comedy featuring SNL originals Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi.
