San Francisco is the most promiscuous city in the nation, as well as the Smut Capital of America, so it’s only right that we celebrate with a free Wildcard Night as a part of the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts’ Smut Capital of America series on Thursday, August 18.
Smut Capital of America is a new event series chronicling San Francisco’s reign as the center of porn production with a series of screenings (and who knows what else) of films from the early 70s.
And though specific details for Wildcard Night aren’t available in advance (it’s a surprise!), expect fascinating footage from dug up from secret archives and obscure private collections. Just make sure you RSVP for tickets in advance.
