14th Annual Adobo Festival: Filipino Food, Music & Celebrities
Once again, the most sought-after Filipino dish, Adobo is coming your way.
The festival features performances from famous Filipino entertainers, competitions, cook-offs, games and a bazaar.

FREEThere are lots of Fil-Am festivals celebrated in the Bay Area, but the Adobo Festival is the only Fil-Am festival that emphasizes Filipino food and music. Adobo Festival is a multi-activity production, offering several choices of entertainment like:
- Adobo Cook-Off Contest – Different Filipino restaurants and individuals will compete
- Kiddie PopStar Competition – Kids Singing Contest (6-10 years old)
- Two days of non-stop entertainment from local performers
- Hourly Raffle Draws
- Play Jack En Poy with the artists

The ‘Adobo’ Festival is an annual festivity celebrated by mainstream audiences of people from all walks of life. ‘Adobo’ is the tagalog translation of marinated pork cooked with garlic, pepper, laurel leaves and a concoction of soy sauce and vinegar. It’s a well-known dish in the Filipino community eaten with rice.
