BART’s New Map Uses Colorful Names for Its Lines
BART recently took to Twitter to announce the change to its BART system map.
BART will transition to identify its lines by a new color-coded system. You’ll notice the new map has a legend for the color lines. BART will still use both the original starting and endpoints system and the new color-coded system to describe its lines. You’ll notice the change mostly on Twitter and other social media channels due to its character limit.
We use both, but are transitioning more to using line colors. (Especially on Twitter with its character limits)
