“Brides of March” Wedding Dress Pub Crawl is Back in SF

Get dolled up in a wedding dress on March 19 to parade through North Beach
By - posted 3/10/2022 No Comment

Don a wedding dress and join the Brides for this annual San Francisco tradition at the 22nd annual Brides of March.

Join in to parade through the heart of North Beach, strolling up Columbus Avenue and drinking in local parklets along Grant Ave. with your fellow brides.

All you need for this event is a white wedding dress, the more elaborate, the better. Check your local thrift store for suitable attire.

In previous years, the Brides of March took over Union Square, but in 2022 the party will begin with a gathering in Washington Square Park, followed by a bridal procession up Columbus Avenue, and DIY wedding receptions at the bar and restaurant parklets on Grant Avenue.

Wear A Dress. Please… It’s the Brides of March, not the Grooms of March. If you are a photographer, wear a dress. Please. We’re tired of you stealing our Juju without participating. Need some help fitting into that thrift store gown? This is how we do it: Dress Hacks

This is a lot like Santacon (where everyone dresses up as Santa) but in wedding gowns.
