Check Out SF’s Absolutely Wild Sand Dunes at Ocean Beach
Local hip hop artist Richie Cunning was out for a walk on Ocean Beach on Tuesday morning this week around 7am and caught this amazing site of the Ocean Beach sign almost completely covered by sand dunes right near Lincoln and the Great Highway. 📷 @RichieCunning
And if you look closely, you’ll see the giant cruise ship in the background peeking around one of the dunes.
We’ve seen the Great Highway get covered in sand on occasion (after all, pretty much the entire western part of San Francisco was all sand dunes at one point) but we’ve never seen a shot as glorious of this with the morning light of the sign going all Ozymandias like this
