Illuminate just announced a brand new laser art exhibit is coming to San Francisco.

Illuminate will light the sky with AuroraSF on July 3-7th from 9 pm – 1:00 am, and and extended display on July 4 from 10:30 pm – dawn.

Just approved by the FAA, the brand new laser art will shoot 20 laser space canons from the Ferry Building.

The lasers will shoot straight up into the sky, converging at a point 245 feet above the Ferry Building tower before spreading out and illuminating the night with a variety of red, white, and blue hues, along with other inspirational colors and patterns.

Known for their breathtaking light displays such as the Bay Lights on the Bay Bridge (which is supposed to return in spring 2025) and the 4.1 Mile Laser Rainbow Flag over Pride weekend, Illuminate will once again dazzle San Francisco.
