Westfield Centre is bringing back their famous 50-foot upside down Christmas tree for 2021

The famous Inverted Christmas Tree is back for the holidays on Level 4 Under The Dome.  It is the perfect picture opportunity in the shopping center while you shop. See it shine from December 1-31, 2021.

Holiday Tree Lighting, December 1 from 6pm-9pm: Westfield San Francisco Centre will “Light the Night” with San Francisco Magazine at its annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, Friday, December 1 at 6 PM. The 50-foot, chandelier-like tree, covered in crystals, first appeared in 2016. The Event is hosted by Emmy Award Winning TV Personality & KTVU Meteorologist, Rosemary Orozco, and will include performances from the Luminescent Grand Piano featuring Shaina Evoniuk with her LED Violin. The ticketed event ($75) will feature cocktails, spirit tastings, bites from the city’s best chefs, live entertainment and more.  Tickets are available HERE.

Can I watch the tree lighting for free on December 1st? Yes!

Please note that we’ve confirmed there is very limited space for the general public to watch the lighting on opening night (possibly just 50-100 people) if you come for free you of course won’t get cocktails, tastings or bites and we can’t guarantee you’ll have a great view of the lighting since space is limited and much of the space will be taken up by the San Francisco Magazine Event.
