Reinvent your Thursday nights at After Dark at the Exploratorium. Experience a fascinating array of unique, adult-only programs and events that change each week. Play with hundreds of hands-on exhibits, crawl through our pitch-black Tactile Dome, sip cocktails, and explore.
On April 21, encounter early video and computer-based works that helped shape and shift the media art landscape. Presented in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of the Bay Area Video Coalition (BAVC), tonight’s program features artworks recently preserved through the BAVC Preservation Access Program and a group discussion with the artists moderated by journalist and critic Geeta Dayal.
