“Starlight Cinemas” Free Outdoor Movie Night | San Jose

Starlight Cinemas in San Jose return to St. James Park in 2019, for a free outdoor and awesome movie night. All movies begin at dusk in the park.

Typically about an hour before the film are movie-related fun & games.

As part of the city’s Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services events in St. James Park this summer, SJDA hosts four Starlight Cinemas movie nights in the one of the city’s most historic parks.

Raiders of the Lost Ark | “Starlight Cinemas” Free Outdoor Movie Night | San Jose

Raiders of the Lost Ark is a 1981 American fantasy-adventure film directed by Steven Spielberg, produced by George Lucas, and starring Harrison Ford. It is the first installment in the Indiana Jones franchise.

Archeologist and adventurer Indiana Jones is hired by the US government to find the Ark of the Covenant before the Nazis. 1981/PG

Come early to catch the pre-show including lassoing contests and Indiana Jones trivia.
