On top of the tasting, Gian will be offering small samplers of four westward cocktails, the two one the Berkeley Boathouse menu (West Coast Cooler and Scarlet) and two one day only cocktails:

Malted Milk Alexander

Westward Stout Cask, Creme de Cacao, Creme

Description: Dark Chocolate, nutty, creamy and malty – a modern take on the classic Alexander cocktail with the roast and cacao notes of Westward Stout Cask. Sweet, but not too sweet – think chocolate milk for adults!

Banana Bread Old Fashioned

Westward 114 Limited Edition, Banana Maple Old Fashioned Syrup

Description: Deep brown sugar and banana notes of the Westward 114, with our over-ripe banana maple syrup makes a very nice variation of this classic, topped off with a brulee’d banana.

Gian will be hosting a table and doing the sampling of both the whiskies and the featured cocktails, with bottles available for purchase at a discounted price!
