Event Details

Presented by local comedy troupe Nightlife on Mars, some great up-and-coming Bay Area comedians will be performing in a free show in the heart of San Francisco on October 20.

Comedy Lineup:

  • Joe Nguyen, the city’s most popular Vietnamese Jew who works local clubs like the Punch Line and Cobb’s as well as niche shows such as last year’s Kung Pao Kosher Comedy
  • Adam McLaughlin, one of two fat bespectacled Irish men in the show, a teacher at the San Francisco Comedy College and local favorite at clubs and private events
  • Ryan Cronin, the other fat Irish guy, whose characters and horrible impressions are beloved by audiences everywhere
  • Joe Tobin, a good guy with smart but oddly creepy jokes, who is a regular at Bay Area clubs including the Punch Line and Cobb’s
  • Jules Posner, a San Francisco native with laid back Bay Area swagger who competed in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition
  • David Gborie, known for his difficult last name as well as his incredible jokes, a fast-rising Bay Area star

Murphy’s Pub, located in the Financial District 217 Kearny St., offers a great selection of beers with happy hour pricing as well as a full bar and food menu. The show takes place in their banquet room, located downstairs away from the noise of the bar. The show starts at 8:30 and runs until around 10:00.
