Earth Day Flash Mob Meditation | City Hall

Flash Mob Meditation at City Hall on Earth Day 2012 coordinated with 300+ cities around the world.

We will meet in front of the stairs of City Hall at 2:45pm so that we can find a good spot to sit together. Please make sure that you are on the side of the building that faces the Civic Center, not Van Ness Street. The actual meditation will start at 3pm. 

The meditation is a simple, an hour silent meditation followed by 11 minutes of a “Sound Bath.” of om, ong, allah, ma yea or any other sound or mantra that resonates with you.
