Bayview Music Festival: Shrimp & Grits Cook-Off

Come join the fun at Sunday Streets and The Bayview Festival. Sunday Streets is an incentive for San Franciscans to become more active and healthy. Sunday Streets creates safe, fun, car-free space on City streets to give San Francisco residents and visitors an opportunity to get out and get active. Temporarily closing some streets to automobile traffic and opens them up to people for walking, cycling, skating and recreation, creating a stronger sense of community in neighborhoods throughout the city.

The Bayview district will also have an exciting and fun festival featuring live music, health and wellness booths, activities for children and more. The festival goes 1pm until 5pm. It will feature a Shrimp N’ Grits tasting Contest from local restaurants and catering company’s, a Dessert Contest featuring desserts from local churches.

The live music will feature legendary Blues Star Sugar Pie DeSanto.
