The first Friday of each month, over a dozen North Beach galleries, museums, bars and restaurants stay open late for a self-guided First Fridays Art Crawl and host special events to showcase the ever-growing collections of art and entertainment that diversify North Beach.
May 4th Highlights
- Make Hang Gallery (450 Grant): Live music, art & sculpture, over 30 artists including Stephen Leslie Cox is making a 60-foot Golden Gate Bridge of wine corks in the basement, plus free homemade cookies and free beer
- Live Worms – Live painting by Kevin Brown
- Nico’s Tacos – $3 margaritas and 2 tacos for $5
