Friday Nights at the de Young: A Night of Menswear | GG Park

Friday Nights at the de Young offers a variety of interdisciplinary arts programs, including live music, poetry, films, dance, tours, talks and more. Season Eight is every Friday night from March 30 – November 23, 2012.

This weekly after-hours art “happening” changes every week, but typically includes a mix of live music, dance performances, film screenings, panel discussions, lectures, artist demonstrations, special performances, hands-on art activities and more. Plus the observation tower is open until 8:15pm.

June 1, 2012: A Night of Menswear

6–6:45  p.m. DJ Music by Stanley Frank
6:45–7:15 p.m. Performance by the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus Lollipop Guild
7:30 p.m. Fashion performance featuring fashions by Dark Garden and Daniel Sudar
8:00 p.m. Repeat performance by the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus Lollipop Guild

Dandy-licous Fashion Show presented in partnership with the East Bay Express hosted by Gregangelo.

Featuring fashions by Dark Garden and Daniel Sudar, DJ music by Stanley Frank and a cappella music by the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus Lollipop Guild.

Visitors are encouraged to tap into their inner dandy and be ready to show off their fabulous selves throughout the evening.
