Get ready for a brand new 5-story / 29,000 sq. ft. entertainment venue which honors the rich musical history of SF.

To celebrate the groundbreaking, you’re invited to a free block party in the artistically-renovated Fern Alley for the San Francisco Music Historical Experience (scheduled to open in 2020) with 6 hours of music, community speakers, Mission-led food and more.

Music City Hit Factory, led by founder and visionary Rudy Colombini, will feature a 100-exhibit San Francisco Music Historical Experience (Director of Content: Ben Fong-Torres), Photo Gallery of Bay Area Music Icons, Artist Development and Education Center, 27 Rehearsal Studios, two Recording Studios, four Performance Stages, Restaurant, Café, Cocktail Bar, TV/Radio Stations, 36 Hotel/Hostel Rooms, and much more.
