Good news, the San Francisco Zoo is open once again after nearly two months of closure. Unfortunately, the zoo had to shut down once again on December 7, 2020 for the latest Stay-At-Home order.
SF Zoo has once again re-opened and similar to how you visited in 2020, you will be required to reserve a date and time and purchase your tickets online prior to your visit.
Tickets purchased before the December shutdown may be used without penalty, but require a new reservation. To reschedule your visit, contact Guestservices@sfzoo.org. Members may rebook their previously scheduled dates online.
The safety guidelines will be re-instituted upon re-opening.
