Event Details

Come enjoy a free sneak-preview screening of the highly anticipated documentary based on the award-winning book by Nicholas Kristoff and Sheryl WuDunn before it hits theaters. Diane Lane takes us on a journey to Somaliland where she confronts the face of Maternal Mortality and the sheer strength of women.

After the film, Community Cinema will host a group discussion led by 5 prominent local leaders in women’s health and human rights. There will be free Half the Sky promotional giveaways.
