From the people who brought you the Big Book Sale, comes a new neighborhood outdoor book sale BLOCK PARTY!

Wednesday, October 27 | 4 pm – 8 pm
Friends Donation Center (1630 17th St)
Block between Carolina St & Wisconsin St

Join us at the Friends Donation Center for a FREE book sale block party featuring:

​- Big Book Sale Prices
– Author Readings
– Bubbles
– DJ Caity Watson
– SFPL Bookmobile
– 30 tables of books!

This is our first event since COVID and there will be approximately 7,000 books for sale

Pricing:

–          Hardcover $5

–          Trade Paperback $4

–          Kids & Young Adult (YA) $3

–          Mass-Market Paperback $2

Members receive 10% off all book purchases!

Please note:
– Smoking is prohibited at this event.
– Masks are required for all activities.
– Bags, boxes, carts and baskets will not be provided.
– Promotions advertised are valid only during the October event and exclude special collection books.
