Oakland’s Dia de los Muertos Celebration w/ Oakland Ballet Company

Put on your holiday costume and join us for a Dia de los Muertos Celebration at Peralta Hacienda Historical Park. Kids and parents can expect lots of arts & cultural activities for the family, face-painting, and trick-or-treating throughout the park from 2-4pm, and an amazing performance of ‘Luna Mexicana’ by Oakland Ballet Company, starting at 4pm.

‘Luna Mexicana’ is a beautiful blend of exuberant dance, joyful music, and colorful costumes. After the dance performance there will be a Q&A with Artistic Director Graham Lustig, and kids will get to learn a few ballet steps with the dancers!

2-4 pm: Trick-or-Treating & Art-Making Stations
4-5 pm: Luna Mexicana by Oakland Ballet Company
