The Quitters Free Outdoor Concert (Castro Valley)

The Quitters are a mostly acoustic guitar duo, consisting of a right-side up finger picker (Stevie Coyle) and an upside down flat picker (Glenn Houston). They were two of the three founding members of the The Waybacks, and one was the long-time lead guitarist and co-founder of the Americana quintet, Houston Jones. Now they play together, on their own, hence the name, “The Quitters”. They deliver a mostly acoustic celebration of flatpick and fingerstyle mastery, plus vocals, spiced with humor and serendipity.
