25+ Free Outdoor Summer Events at Thrive City (2022)
Don’t miss a brand new schedule of 25+ free festival-style events all summer long with free concerts, outdoor comedy spectaculars, fitness classes, giveaways and epic movie nights on the Bay Area’s biggest outdoor screen at Thrive City, the plaza right in front of Chase Center.
The Golden State Warriors have a whole slate of summer events including Live at Thrive City, presented by Chase, Blankets and Blockbusters, and Health and Wellness Sundays, presented by Kaiser Permanente.
Thrive City events, which are free and open to the public, aim to provide Bay Area community members access to a variety of activations focused on health and wellness, arts and culture, sports and entertainment and civic engagement. Events run from July through October.
Live at Thrive – Friday Concerts & Comedy
FREE / Thrive City is tearing the roof off live entertainment with our can’t miss music and comedy lineup geared toward mature audiences. Live at Thrive City presented by Chase is a festival-style experience from July through August, featuring a 2-hour showcase of performers on the main stage, food and drinks from the Bay Area’s Best, and a whole lot more.

Blankets & Blockbusters – Outdoor Movie Nights
FREE / It’s movie night, and the stars are out! Thrive City invites you to B.Y.O. Blanket for the Bay Area’s biggest big screen experience (Thrive City’s 3,108 square foot video board) every month from July through October at 3-7pm. Designed for audiences of all ages, each evening also offers special guest giveaways, cinema-inspired snacks and beverages, and much more.

FREE / Refresh, revive and reset before the week begins. Health & Wellness Sundays presented by Kaiser Permanente brings you fitness classes, healthy eating workshops, mental wellness sessions, local entertainment, and more for guests of all ages including a toddler gym with Power Play SF, the KP Sport Court with basketball courts, a wellness zone for kids to play, and a Play Bus.

Weekly Fitness Classes
FREE / Bring out your inner athlete and make your way to Thrive City to take part in our Weekly Fitness Classes presented by Kaiser Permanente. On Wednesdays and Sundays throughout July and October 9th, we will offer a variety of classes featuring fitness influencers who help you achieve your fitness goals. These classes are open to all levels, no matter where you are in your wellness journey. Fitness class types, instructors, and more details to be announced.
