SF’s New “Vision Blvd. Block Party” on Elgin Park (Replacing the Central Freeway)

Vision Blvd, Greening Projects, and Multistudio invite you to the Elgin Park Block Party, a street closure event aimed at highlighting Vision Blvd’s campaign to remove and replace the Central Freeway stub.

Join us on Saturday, June 1st, from 10am to 2pm, as we celebrate the first day of Pride Month with a vibrant block party on Elgin Park. The north end of Elgin Park, where the Central Freeway stub intersects with Market Street and Octavia Blvd, will serve as a great location to unite the community, showcase our campaign, and gather ideas for the future use of the land beneath and around the stub. The event will feature food trucks, music, and activities for kids and families. Please join us!
