You don’t have to wait until sundown to enjoy the thrills — fireworks aren’t the only thing blasting off this 4th of July! Gold Striker promises to blow you away, Pacific Gliders offers pint-sized patriotic thrills, and NorCal Wipeout at South Bay Shores is sure to keep you cool until the sun goes down and the dazzling lights fill the sky.
On July 4th only: upgrade your celebration with All-You-Can-Eat BBQ! Feast on a mouthwatering menu of grilled and smoked meats, classic cook out sides, the sweetest desserts, and refreshing beverages. Enjoy this culinary bounty, plus exclusive access to premium views of the fireworks, in the Pavilion. Fireworks and other special events and entertainment are scheduled for specific durations and times; all entertainment during Star-Spangled Nights presented by M&M’S® is weather permitting and subject to change. Select rides may be scheduled to close early in preparation for the fireworks.

Fourth of July BBQ
This Fourth of July, make your way to California’s Great America and embark on a culinary adventure with a special add-on ticket for an All-You-Can-Eat Backyard Cookout. Enjoy an array of delicious BBQ meats, flavorful sides, and mouthwatering desserts while sipping on refreshing beverages. With exclusive access to the Pavilion for the fireworks show, you’ll be treated to a truly unforgettable experience. Mark your calendars, gather your loved ones, and get ready for a day filled with great food, entertainment, and family fun at California’s Great America!
The All-You-Can-Eat Backyard BBQ at California’s Great America is priced at $59.99 for adults, offering unlimited access to the mouthwatering menu. For children ages 3-11, the price is $39.99. Please note that additional taxes apply and the Fourth of July BBQ is separate from park admission.
Valid for All-You-Can-Eat Barbecue from 5:00pm-9:00pm in the Pavilion on July 4th, 2025. The Pavilion is located next to the Delta Flyer near Flight Deck. Pick up your Pavilion access wristbands beginning at 4:30 pm at the Pavilion entrance. Guests with wristbands have in-and-out privilege until 9:30 pm. Seating available on a first come, first served basis. Area for picnic blankets available as well.
Menu will include – Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Build-your-own Nacho station, Tri-Tip, Chicken Wings, Chicken Sliders, and Pasta station. Vegetarian options may include veggie burgers, pasta and salad, cous cous salad, crudité, nachos, esquite street corn, spring rolls, mac & cheese, and fruit and desert stations.
Beer and Wine available at an additional cost (Must have valid ID, 21+) until 9:30 pm.
